Long time ago, on the hands of Ibnu Sina, honey was successfully used as medicine product to heal any kind of disease. Now, modern human try to imitate, among the crush of skyrocketing drug prices.

Since a long time ago, honey has been known as efficacious beverage. Whether as a remedy to cure disease, or keeping up the stamina. However, over time, when science has rapidly evolved, the grandeur of honey is marginalized instead. People start to leave honey, and get used to chemical drugs, which give faster effect.

When drug prices are getting higher, some experts re-remember the efficacy of honey. Since then, honey was returning as the main topic and used for the survival of mankind. In Indonesia alone, conversation about honey has been loud for the last 10 years. One of the owners who seriously use honey is Sujarwo Lebah, an owner of bee-sting “bee teraphy, eye honey, and fluffier honey” clinic.

At Jakarta Fair Kemayoran (JFK) 2010 arena, Sujarwo Lebah follows to open a stand in Hall B, DKI Jakarta pavillion. There, he can demonstrate the virulence of bee’s way of working in healing certain disease. And that’s done for free. Beside providing medication freely, Sujarwo also welcomes JFK visitors to drink the honey that he provides for free.

“There are 1000 kinds of disease that can be cured by drinking honey. And our presence in Jakarta Fair, is one of the ways to remind that honey is a medicine drink that can heal various diseases,” added by Sujarwo.

According to Sujarwo, beside its honey, bee has also the ability to heal one’s disease by its sting. And the bee-sting teraphy is very effective to cure rheumatic patients. Outside Jakarta Fair, Sujarwo opens a clinic on Jalan Mampang Prapatan II and Jalan H. Hamid No. 100, Mampaqng Prapatan.
